Healthy Morning Coffee

Do you want to make your morning coffee more healthy?

Start with organic coffee. I like an espresso, but if you brew your coffee, make it strong. While your coffee is brewing,add hemp milk and almond milk,half and half in a cup and heat it. Then add; 1/8 tsp of Turmeric and Ginger, dash of Cayenne Pepper, and dash of Cinnamon. Add your coffee and enjoy.
Cayenne Pepper is wonderful for the circulatory system, it helps with allergies, gives more pep and energy, helps wound healing, kills cancer cells, and is useful for fighting heart disease.

Ginger helps with digestion, nausea, vomiting, morning sickness, reduces muscle pain and soreness. It is an anti-inflammatory and
helps with Osteoarthritis, lowers blood sugar, helps with heart disease, helps lower Cholesterol and can help prevent Cancer.

Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory, it is a powerful antioxidant, it
helps improve brain function,
it helps with heart disease, helps prevent Cancer, aids in
Alzheimer prevention, and can help with arthritis.
